In accordance with Colonial Regulation No 36
as modified by Circular of 24.8.08, I have the honour
to submit my annual Confidential Reports.
(A)
On Officers seeking or fitted for promotion
outside the Colony.
(B)
On Army officers on the active list seconded
for service in the Colony.

Your Lordship in your Confidential despatch
of the 14th May 1909, directed me to submit these ammual
reports upon officers in this form. I trust that these
documents an now furnished are in accordance with the
requirements of Your Lordship's Department, and I shall
be glad to learn whether they include all the officere
upon whom a report is desired.
